Free of charge and led by Internet Society (ISOC), the journey is part of the actions that precede the face-to-face training scheduled for the TICAL2018 Conference. The activity will be carried out on the ISOC ZOOM platform. All interested parties in Latin American universities and academic networks are invited to participate.
During the event, scheduled for 16h GMT, the necessary tools to accomplish the requirements of the 'Mutually Agreed Norms for Routing Security' (MANRS) will be presented. Participants will be guided in the process of performing a self-assessment and implementing the necessary measures (BGP filters, PeeringDB, IRR, RPKI, etc.) for secure routing.
The participants that accomplish the MANRS before the “Stability and Resilience of Internet Routing" workshop, which will be held on September 4 at TICAL2018 (Cartagena de Indias, Colombia), will receive special recognition by ISOC.
To participate in the "Routing Security - How to accomplish the MANRS" journey, the interested parties must access https://isoc.zoom.us/j/5989876963 from their PCs, Macs, Linux, iOS or Android.
